PETA are not cunts. Ask Barney Greenway. Anyway, if anyone here actually took the time to look at their arguments instead of looking at it with near-immediate dismissal, you'd probably find a lot of it compelling. It's not all simply about animal rights. Their reputation (and, I'll admit, some of their actions) ruins what includes some important messages.

Other points:
- I used to love Koppaburg and then one day it just began to taste like oversweet shit. Weston's organic - that is a revolutionary cider right there.
- KFC tasted like shit before I turned veggie. KFC, McDonalds, BK and the Hut are what I call 'Friends' food. You'll sit there, watch friends, enjoy it a little bit and then ask yourself why the fuck did I watch that? Same with the fastfood places.
-My food is tastier, healthier and just plain better since i've been veggie - although your purchasing options when out are a lot more limited. Another portion of chips?
- Although I had breakfast, I didn't at breakfast time.

I'm all with you for McDonalds, I used to 'not mind' it, but now I really don't enjoy it at all, i'd rather not eat. Burger King is the don when you're drunk though, oh yeahhh. And Weston's is damn good too, but i'll keep with the Kopparberg till the same thing happens to me

I have looked up PETA. Our bassist and his girlfriend are vegetarians, so I'm always trying to find facts to annoy them with, so I end up researching it quite a bit. To be honest, my main gripe is with PETA2. I don't like how they target kids and use things like "OOH OLI SYKES FROM BRING ME THE HORIZON SAYS VEGETARIANS ARE FITTER THAN MEAT EATERS" (near enough the actual quote) to achieve this, I think it degrades the vegetarians out there that have some real moral convictions rather than just doing it for some fashionable shit.

I don't actually know anything about PETA (one might call me an Ignorant Cunt), my post in particular was just about my general view on oppressive maniacs. Of which I don't actually know any, even being a jew-bag (albeit not a religious one, just by blood and nothing else I must stress, I've tried to distance myself from the whole religion thing as much as I possibly can), so I'm not basing anything of what I said on real things, it's just a general view that I can understand.

Anyway, I'm not eating anything at the moment.
