BRAIN FREEZE PROMOTIONS present:

A big Friday night of thrash, metal and crossover! It’s going to be a million miles an hour shredding from the start, prepare for broken bones.

SSS – Thrash metal/crossover from Liverpool, signed to the mighty EARACHE Records. Fast and agitated; proper old school skate-thrash. Their last album ‘Problems To The Answer’ was one of the best of 2011. In fact, their back catalogue is just superb; heavy, earth-quaking tunes. If you don’t know, now you know. We’re so excited to have these on! It’s their first time at The Fighting Cocks so circle-pits are a must! For fans of: Toxic Holocaust, Kreator, Suicidal Tendencies…

HAMMERS – Dark, intense metal/noise/hardcore from Manchester. They’ve got some d-beat and thrash influences in the mix, they are fucking extreme on record and their live show is insane. They’re lyrics are riddled with Norse references and all of their releases are on their bandcamp to download for free! Each one is harsher than the last. They could soundtrack the apocalypse; listen to ‘em loud and I’ll see you in the cesspit/mosh pit! For fans of: Converge, Mastodon, Discharge…

CB6 – Unrelenting metal/hardcore from Essex. They’ve got some thrash influences in there and their newest album ‘Succession’ is massive! They’ve got a real old-school sound and some killer breakdowns . For fans of: Biohazard, Terror, Sepultura…

THE KADT – Thrash/hardcore crossover from South London. There’s a lot of punk in their sound and their debut album ‘Killer Airborne Disease Transmitters’ is an absolute smasher. They’re a great party band and they’ve been playing the London punk circuit for a few years now. Essentially they make music to shotgun beers to. For fans of: Send More Paramedics, Municipal Waste, English Dogs….
