Re: metalcore
its just because i hooked up my old sky box and found Scuzz, oh for fu... i mean cmon, ok here we go,,1234 little ott intro of death then a hook then a downbeat to death metal vocals, now we're rollin, woah here comes some emotion, im going to cry, it looks like rain, yep...maaaaaa, waaaaa, to a nice epic down tuned same note bullshit, ok back to the death metal, we're a serious band you know, ok but its getting to me again, oh its too much here come the tears maaaa waaa but hang on i heard about this thing called thrash, i feel a..wait whats it cal..oh yeah a riff, ok i can do this, dont laugh at my tongue now! oi drum boy play like slayer man, we could be onto something, heres a fuckin solo for ya too muthafukkas, oh yes i forgot we like to pretend we are american too, but wait, i feel the sentiment fading, time to be a corporate cocksucker again, thrash was too hard..back to basics please.keep the scream, now have a moan and all look sad.ok fuck off now............and so folks the tv churns this shit out second by fucking second and to think these bands i have seen are the new generation of rock metal then we are truly fucked, the only way to solve this dilemma is to make sure the bands that make amazing music deserve the recognition, not for any label me kinda vibe but to show "the (sigh) Kids" what quality really is...you can have the rock but you still gotta roll, and thats whats missing......thats the tradegy, wheres the lighter....??

Re: metalcore
Hahaha, that was the best description of metalcore ever. Yeah, it's well a load of bollocks, and it's terrifying to think that's what the mainstream metal scene has become. Once upon a time when I knew little about the world, I used to think, wouldn't it be great if metal became really popular so people could see how amazing it really is. Little did I know the 'metal' bands that were to become popular would completely destroy the true meaning of heavy metal and rock 'n' roll and be a bunch of whiny wankers.
