Davey is nice lad, met him a couple of times and had a pass for there show last Feb in Cardiff, was nice to catch up with some of the backstage crew after my mini adventure to Dubai to see them and then 4 times on the Summer Tour in 2007.

I like all the megadeth albums apart from the scottish album.most are totally amazing.

'The Scottish Album'??

I must admit I have a soft spot for Cryptic Writings, Vortex is a fucking cool song, and I quite like She-Wolf too, and Trust. But basically for me (and probably for a lot of people), nothing touches Rust In Peace. Hangar 18 and Tornado of Souls are two of the best metal songs ever written.

My favourite Megadeth albums ae KIMB and PSBWB actually. Rust in Peace is spectacular but I just prefer tracks like Rattlehead, Loved to Deth and The Conjuring over Lucretia and Five Magics.

I'd agree with that last bit - Rust In Peace definitely has some tracks that aren't that amazing on it, like those two for example. But the ones that are amazing are so amazing that I can't even believe my own face when I listen to them.

'The Scottish Album'??

If your in a thrash band you dont say the name of that album.It comes from the idea that if you speek the name aloud you will forever be cursed and unable to thrash.Just like actors refuse to say the name macbeth.They call it the scottish play, we call the megadeth album from 1999 the scottish album.

Aye I enjoyed it, want to hear what the rest of the album has to offer, fairly quick turnaround time for a new album from the Deth. All happened so fast!

It's okay, better than anything off United Aboringnations, but still a little bit boring. It ain't bad though, better than I thought it would be after hearing the clips/bootlegs etc. I want to hear the track 'This Day We Fight!', a song inspired by Aragorn's speech at the end of Return of the King. That's got to be hilarious.

The title for song number 8 I'm sure you'll all agree is awful. But Endgame sounds like it's got some good subject matter going on, so I'll reserve any further judgement until I hear it. I still say it's probably going to be rubbish and boring, but we'll see.
