Which of these early thrash classics is your favorite?
Has to be the Four Horsemen for me, better lyrics, better riffs and it doesn't rely on speed as its main attraction. It has so much of a better vibe and title compared to the whiny Megadave version which also features much worse production.
What about you? Yes, YOU?

Tom, caaaaaaaaam on man!
We're passed this shite!
Both suck ass!
We should all just have done with it and listen to Dokken (or Heretic as suits) instead.

fourhorsemen for me cos i grew up listening to it, I love megadave version cos of its speed and how its done at retaliation to being booted out metallica but its the Tallica version all the way for me mwhahahaha. The whole sound of the song and album is thrash, esp the gallops

I can't understand how anyone can prefer the bland, lifeless four horseman. Easily the worst song on KEA.
The Mechanix on the other hand rips through you and sends you into a series of thrashing convulsions. It's just so full of rage!! Just like the rest of that incredible album. Come back megadave!
Theres nothing wrong with the production either

The main riff is a rip off of Detroit Rock City but poorly played.

nah mate, Mechanix was the original Metallica version when they had Mustaine in the band! Four Horsemen was done because Hetfield was a shit rip-off pussy and wanted to keep their most popular song but couldn't keep Mechanix cos Megadave wrote it
So Mechanix FTW!!!!

Blatantly The Four Horsemen. I enjoy Hit the Lights the most though!

...those were for me.....
anyway! Ideally.. it would be the 4 horsemen for the riffage, combined with the speed of mechanix!!
but, mechanics!

Gotta be The Four Horsemen for me!
Although I find the lyrics to Mechanix hilarious, all that innuendo!

Four horsemen, if you ever go and see Megadeth live most people tend to sing the words to the four horsemen anyway, which is funny, they have every time i see megadeth. I bet that pisses Mr Mustardstain off a bit.
