SLAYER ARE SHITE. There you go, i said it.
Remember during the 90's sepultura were WAY bigger that exodus or testament.Testament and kerator would strike me as some of the most popular thrash bands at the moment.

They are now but who isn't?
Exodus kinda failed after FD, as in, nearly every song sounds the same, same open string riff style, same vocals, same tempo.... *yawwwwn*

Testament and kerator are the only thrash bands outside of the big 4 who could sellout the koko i think.

Merciless Death?
....
Testament at Koko was totally awesome, blew my tiny brains out, and it was back in the day before smoking bans, the joy of smoking spliffs at a gig!

Ah yeah I kind of miss that Harris!
The Testament Koko show was mind blowing, I'm not even a Testament fan!
Anyway, saying Slayer or Megadeth should be replaced as part of the big four is pure poser blasphemy! Do you know what those bands went through back in the day? How extreme and revolutionary that stuff was? No! Keep listening to Killswitch kiddies!
The big four is the big four, no one else can touch them.

Testament are better than any band out of the big four, always were and always will be.

Yeah that's total bollocks!
I think Tom has a point about what the Big 4 went through to earn their place - I was going to suggest Exodus like someone else did, but their discography can't really compare overall to the way the Big 4 have slogged away for decades.
I still can't believe some would replace Slayer - in my mind Anthrax would probably have to go if one of them did, but that's largely preference and not taking away from the impact they once had.

Testament are rubbish.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

They're not rubbish, they're just not as good as others. Bit bland at times.
