King Diamond is a legend!

He may not be a technically amazing vocalist but he does have a unique style and in my opinion it works well. Still, I can understand why some people don't really get him...I guess he is one of those artists you either love or you hate.

The new album is awesome! :rockdevil:

The two are quite different in my opinon, i love MF for their catchy riffs and all of that jazz. And KD albums because i love them like thrashy horror novels.

Also No Presents For Christmas is a fucking brilliant song.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Yea I never really compare MF with KD because in my opinion they are very different and both good bands in their own right.

VERY true.

Personally, while I quite enjoy King Diamond solo stuff, and think there are plenty of killer riffs in there, it doesn't come close to Mercyful Fate for me. Just not the same magic, and it admittedly tends to seem considerably more "silly".

killer song solo, Great story
KD is so fucking shine in this one

vocal line, melodies, vocal style switch to create all roles in the story
