Forum Holiday?

I have been looking into house hiring and things like that, so was wondering who would seriously be interested in going on some sort of UK Thrash holiday this year (probably in summer).

For example, I have been browsing this site, affiliated with the YHA: http://www.escape-to.co.uk/index.php - Some of them are pricey but we wouldn't need anything fancy. And if there were at least 10 of us, it would split quite reasonably - for example, £500 per 2 nights sounds a lot, but that's 4 nights for £100 per person (and less if there are more of us).

Of course the alternative is to have a big camp somewhere, which I'm equally happy to do. I was thinking of general Midlands locations, so as many people as possible could travel there.

Either way, vote in the poll if you would genuinely fancy SOMETHING like the above ideas, so we can get an idea of numbers.

Also if people say roughly how much they'd be able to put towards it, assuming it was a week long, that would be handy. Obvious advantage of camping is it would basically cost nothing.

Yeah, he's right. Sleeping in a stinky animal pissed wood in the shitting unfomfortable cold is a much better idea.

Butlins honestly sounds like the gayest idea ever.

Why not just go to a major city in easy reach of everyone, and then check out the rock clubs, have a few brews, get laid, come home, and tell everyone the stories of how fucked up you got...instead of going to a family resort with a bunch of people you met off the internet.
