one thing that made me annoyed about this festival, only one thing, fucking Raven clashes with Sabbat :cry:

Oh yes I shall be there. You're right about the Raven/Sabbat clash though.
Annoying but then again I have seen Raven (supporting Kreator on the
Extreme Aggression tour) but haven't seen Sabbat yet.
The Friday doesn't look as good though so I will probably get trashed and
shout abuse at Vixen :crap:

Best sets for me were
1.Tesla
2. Turisas
3. Twisted Sister

Worst was a close run thing but Chthonic were really cack and Vixen
wouldn't have looked out of place at a single divorcees karaoke at my
local working mens club.

I thought Raven were fucking awesome, along with Turisas, Saxon and TS, only a couple of bands were average (Diamond Head being one of them), all in all a good weekend, nice to wake up in a bed at a festival for a change

I thought a bit of the 'festival spirit' was missing, it just didn't seem like a united community of metal (unlike outdoor festivals), but I had lots of fun so it ruled!!!!

You were one of the 20 or so people still there for Diamond Head! Loadsa respect!!!
I stood there thinking 'play Am I evil then off to bed' they played the intro
then sped off into I'm Electric. Watched the 1st two songs then decided bed was calling.

Oh and i didn't see CoF nor did I wake up in bed. I saw the beginning of My Dying Bride then watched Zodiac Mindwarp and Lauren Harris (Cute chick shite music). And I slept in the corridor outside my room as we had 2 swipe cards between 4 of us. And I was asleep by the time the others had sampled Vixen.

Loved the Saturday though. Don't think I saw a bad band on that day.

Haha yeah, they were on just too late to get a big crowd!! didn't think they were that great, though the music was spot on, but the vocals sounded bad :/
