Can you smell why the rock is some sort of scorpion?
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Thank the Police coming straight from the underground...

I just watched a Youtube trailer for the Mummy 3, and that was enough to know I would vomit in the cinema.

The Rock was great in WWF. He always ended up seemingly passed out in choke holds but on the third count would miraculously spring back into life and layeth the smackdown on someone's candy ass.

Nah, he could never do the tombstone half as well as Undertaker could.

Bret Hart was the best. It's just a shame he went before the Austin vs. McMahon thing because, in my opinion, the years 1998-2001 were a golden age for the WWF.

Whos the guy who died again? I remember Si and I went to watch WCW round the days his brother was in it, and he resigned from Wrestling that night.

Owen - he fell from the rafters and bonked his head on the turn-buckle en route to a 50-foot fall.

Bret just had a stroke when he fell off his bike. The whole Hart family is cursed because they're all inbred fools. Brian Pillman and the British Bulldog are both dead too and they were in the Hart Foundation.

Has anyone ever seen Bad Luitenant? That's one messed up film. Harvey Keitel is excellent.
And Jacob's Ladder with Tim Robbins when he's a Vietnam vet and he's tripping out all through the film, then at the end it turns out that he's dead or has no soul or something. That film is cool.

Plus he had a shit finisher in WWE/WWF.

Walking Tall was a pretty cool film though I reckon. He proper kicks arse in that one, with his big wooden bat, and throwing people through tables and stuff. That film is the coolsness!

the films which are gritty, compelling, hit me hard and make me cry(yes,i admit ive shed tears but without sobbing)are as follows:
bullet in the head/the killer/a better tomorrow(all by legendary john woo,his decent early stuff)no matter how many times i watch any of these 3 john woo movies they will get me everytime.really emotional stuff.
and carlitos way by brian de palma(ten times better than scarface in my opinion and so underrated)had such a tragic ending and the use of colour and music at the end enhanced the tragedy.it was a great story and made you root for al pacino throughout,in hope that he achieves his dream.
scorseses taxi driver shook me up in my teens.
platoon by oliver stone is pretty emotional too.
terminator 2 was sad when arnie lowers himself into the lava.i was 7/8years old when my parents rented it and i was petrified throughout.its still pretty damn gripping even to this day.

you know a film is good if it emotionally effects you one way or another then it has done its job.

JOHN WOO IS THE MASTER at writing/directing/gunplay and character building.(well his early masterpieces anyway.)i dont mind face off as far as his hollywood stuff goes but its with the early triad stuff where j.woo really shines.also the soundtracks to the three films are unrivalled.absolutely spot on and really play a huge part in these movies making the emotional impact even more full on with well timed, well played and thoughtout songs and themes.classic masterpieces.

check out bullet in the head/the killer/a better tomorrow on youtube.

also subtitles are better for john woos early stuff as you can then get the true voices of the actors rather than some shit american cheesy voiceover.
