Italy v Spain is a tough one to call but I would probably go for Spain as they have better attacking options from what I have seen of both so far. A lot could depend on if Puyol is going to be fit or not. The Dutch have looked the best team by far.

Did you watch Spain v Sweden??? Don't think that game will have given Spain much confidence and Italy will play a similar defensive minded game to Sweden.

Whaa? They're allowed more than 3 subs?!

In the Turkey game, the keeper was sent off and they weren't allowed to bring on a sub keeper for another player because they'd already used all their 3 subs... have I missed something?

No, but they can seemingly* choose their three subs from a billion players instead of the usual five, or whatever it used to be.
