Kerrang: Evile are one of your 10 new favourite bands

Postby Raging Paul on Sun Aug 12, 2007 11:32 pm

Kerrang have apparently decided to just cut the bull-shit and tell everyone who their new favourite bands should be... and basically the only one on their list which isn't a bunch of haircuts riding a lip-piercing machine is Evile!

Sod it, Evile are my 10 new favourite bands.

Oh dear, it has begun.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Thank the Police coming straight from the underground...

Evile are the only band mentioned in Kerrang! worthy of being in my top 100 bands. I was so bored last night I actually read the rest of the issue :eyes:

Give it three years and Thrash will be as nauseating as Emo was two years ago. It's a shame but it was always bound to happen.

Whys that? emo is only nauseating because the music is shit. I think it's a good thing that thrash is getting coverage. Wayy more kids are getting into it.

Indeed, it's good that it's being recognised for the wonderful metal that it is. However, after listening to that 'Thrash Back' CD, I do fear that this sudden rise in popularity going to spawn plenty of shit bands who'll call themselves thrash, and then the next generation of 'kids' will grow up believing that's what thrash really is.

But I suppose they can all just fuck off and die really, at the end of the day.

I hope Thrash gets invaded by all the people who latched onto the scene/emo craze so it cheapens what all of you do.
