As a collector for many many years, and now a dealer of rare thrash and extreme metal, i am always interested in seeing rare records, especially Dark Angel whos stuff i collect. Here are a few pics of some rare thrash gems i have. It would be cool if anyone else who has any rare stuff could post some pics of them too!!!
The first is the ONSLAUGHT live power from hell / angels of death 1 sided 10" i released late last year in a limited edition of just 10 (ten) copies!! It is official as the band gave me permission to do it. Only 3 were to be sold and have now gone. The band still have a copy to give away as a competition prize at some point.
The following are just a selection of some of the early dark angel releases i have, starting with 7"s.
uncut pic discs
and some nice wierd shapes (including a heart and an xmas tree!!
finally
Come on, there must be some nice rare thrash stuff out there to share with the rest of us!!!!

There are 2 different pressings of the we have arrived album on pic disc, and the red vinyl WHA lp. The green WHA lp was only available in the limited metal can box set which also had the first overkill ep, dissention pic disc lp and the exclusive merciless death shape in the middle, along with a book and handnumbered. (mine is 83/500).

Apart from the usual rarities (Vio-lence "Eternal Nightmare" CD, Sabbat "Dreamweaver" CD etc) probably the rarest thing I have is an Exodus "A Lesson In Violence" CD on Combat/Relativity which was never officially released. It was pulled after pressing (don't know why) and all copies supposedly destroyed. I've only ever seen one other and it went on Ebay a few years ago for about $250. It has the Baloff "Pleasures" demos and the Studio 54 gig on it. I got mine in a second hand store in Chicago when I first cam here for about $10. I almost crapped my pants when I saw it.

Is the cover the one with the band silloetted and standing in an alley?? I think i remember seeing the art once it was titled the exodus slay team or something like that. it was the original artwork for the bonded by blood album. I remeber doing an hour and a half interview with rick hunolt for the zine and mentioning it to him, and he laughed and confirmed this then said " man you know more about this fuckin band than i do". I was chuffed to fuck!!!!
