Hopefully this'll be bloody awesome!
Of course, it could also tarnish their record entirely. We'll have to wait and see.

Re: Exhorder re-united!
This is just so pointless.
I mean, did Exhorder ever actually 'make-it' to such an extent that a reunion could ever be worth while? I was as big an Exhorder fan as any when I was seeking to denounce Pantera as frauds but, beyond Slaughter In the Vatican, they weren't that good. If they're getting back together to play a couple of shows for nostalgia's sake, fair enough. I just hope they don't believe they have a new album in them.

I have never actually listen to them, i might do so now.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

I'm pretty sure Kyle said NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! but then again so did Jeff Walker & probablly every other band thats reunited now.
Anyways looks like the whole Panthorder thing is gunna start all over again, if it ever stopped.

SITV is a pretty solid album but this seems a little pointless. I hope they stick to playing festivals because NO ONE is going to turn up if they tour.

True, except Unborn Again was probably their best song.

Re: Exhorder re-united!
If they tour I'll go and see them but I hope they don't record another album.
Make the reunion a brief 6 month affair and then be done with it. That way everybody who missed them the first time round (But who still proclaim them to be better than Pantera) can see how they actually perform for themselves.
Albumwise, I thought Slaughter in the Vatican was virtually flawless but The Law was quite patchy.

I rather agree, The Law was really bland to my ears (not helped by the awful production).

Sorry, I'll get drunk and sit on the internet instead, with all the cool kids.

I've got the Roadrunner reissue double cd with both albums on,but I haven't played it for awhile, might give it a spin later.

Same here. I remember ordering it from HMV.com and after three months it still hadn't arrived due to being out of stock. I went down to London for a gig (AC/DC at Hammersmith, I think) and bought it from a Selectadisc near Soho for nearly half the price I'd ordered (and then subsequently cancelled) it for.

Re: Exhorder re-united!
Exhorder are pretty good, first album is really killer!!!
They do say themselves it's early days of their reunion, I'm guessing they'll just play some local shows to get started, who knows, they might not even go any further than that!?
Not particularly exciting news, since I wasn't ever really a BIG fan... I'll probably see them if they're playing any festivals I happen to be at!
