Re: Fueled by Fire's New Song
Really bad.
Why does every fucking thrash band insist on not having any singing until like 4 minutes into the song. I watched a Pitiful Reign music video that was like that a while ago and I had to switch it off. It wouldn't be that bad if the intro riffs were actually good, but it's just poor riff after poor riff then just when you're begging for something interesting to happen in the form of the vocals, this shitty Chuck Billy rip-off comes in and you start thinking about how when you're on your death bed you're never going to get these 3 or 4 minutes of your life back and it just makes you angry to the point where you want to punch someone. The production on this is also worth a mention, because it's fucking shitty - especially considering they've got the backing of Metal Blade.

Well, myspace is never an optimal listening experience and Atomic Attack was a rough track. I thought it was good but not blinding. I just listened to Put to Death too and I have to say that it really reminded me of Testament. There was riff akin to Burnt Offerings in there and the vocals have a clear Chuck Billy influence (although with added Death Angel screams). They seem like a pretty average band, all in all.

Re: Fueled by Fire's New Song
I really liked that song, if the rest of the album goes that way it'll top the first one by far.
As much as i liked the first album it got pretty boring for some reason, but that song was very good, glad to see them progressing over time

Started off pretty cool, with that cool riff every band uses now but then once the vocals started it was rather forgettable.

Check out the last video in the list of videos on their page, it's like everyone is in uniform!!! They all look the same, it's a cool look but when everyone else looks the same it looks a bit silly.
