Just got me one of these bad boys this morning:

Just played, like, the whole of Bonded By Blood on it and can't wipe the smile off my face!

So long, shitty Marshall!

£750

I've seen it going for cheaper than that but I couldn't really be bothered waiting about to get it. I had £1, 000 for an amp and Guitar Guitar are selling Mesa Boogie Rect-o-Verbs for £1, 000. I tried one but it really was no where near the sound I was looking for.

Some money can go into a guitar fund now too.

You have to remember- It serves them right for being knuckle dragging northeners.

Yeah, the main problem with the Mesa Boogie was it was STUPIDLY bass-heavy. The distortion I'm getting from the amp is roughly comparable to Gary Holt's tone on the Another Lesson In Violence.

Sexual, that tone was fucking killer.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Thank the Police coming straight from the underground...

Does anyone have a Jackson DK2M? If so, opinion?

I've played one, it was very 'square' and 'plasticy' if that makes sense. Good playability but it was just lacking in a feel of build quality and meatiness. A guitar that you would happily have a jam on every now and again but definitely not a guitar you could really love playing.

Way nicer than yours anyway. Mind you, I've heard foot and mouth culls that sounded better than Amok.

I changed my Jacko cheap trem for a Jacko decent trem, got it off the net for £80 new and it's the best Floydy I've used!!!

I've been checking out Peavey V-types. Look like good axes for the money.
