I've just updated the main site design with nice rounded corners and widened the main content section slightly, it's been tested with Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 2.0.0.11 but if people are having problems then PM or email me at craig@cwatson.org (same address for MSN)
You might need to clear/refresh your browser's cache to see the new design, otherwise it could get confused (IE specifically coz it's stupid ).
Cheers

I'm aware that there could be some issues with IE7 (surprise, surprise) and certain screen resolutions, I've tested the design with 1280x1024 and 1280x800 and (in theory) it should work on 1024x768 but if anybody is having any problems where the forum starts below the navigation bar on the left, let me know and I'll try and fix it - tell me what resolution you're using if possible

this is incredibly petty, but is the border supposed to be round on the left and straight on the right?

This is one of the biggest crises in the dark catalogue of UK Thrash crimes, and yet Craig has just sauntered off to some "class", leaving confusion and desperation in his wake!

Right, because Internet Explorer 6 and 7 are being complete bitches at 1024x768, I've had to play around a bit while the design was live - sorry about that!
I've tested the site using IE6 and 1024x768 and it's now (I hope) working OK. If anybody has any issues with it then let me know.
I already know about a minor graphics glitch on IE6 where the rounded border doesn't match up on the left-hand side, so I'm working on that now.

i think we just give up on people who use IE as a lost cause
