It was mentioned earlier, but that guitar sound you are after, the 'Swedish Death Metal' early 90's Entombed, Unleashed, Dismember sound can only be truly gottened by using

Pick em up on eBay for next to nowt. I did.

Don't recall Sabbat ever using that tone though. It's no good for thrash really.
