I'm looking for someone to work with me on a web project that has been pushed my way - only problem is that it's very Flash-based, and I hate Flash. It's a paid job, so the standard will have to match.

I'll send details to whoever wants them, but the basics is that it's going to be a site to advertise college events to students, so it needs to be pretty and it needs to be engaging, with animations, pop-up screens, possibly MP3 streams.
