Lawnmower Deth are back...kind of

Postby Shugmaster on Fri Jun 13, 2008 12:21 pm

From Gabbersouth:

LAWNMOWER DETH, the long-defunct late '80s/early '90s English comedy/thrash metal band which released three-and-a-half well-regarded albums, has issued the following update:

"Ladies and gentlemen of the jury… against our better judgement, and possibly the only time we will do this… ee have agreed to reform for a one-off show in the UK later this year.

"I know, I know… we were well past our sell-by date when we split back in '93-94, and it's quite possibly 'a stupid and futile gesture' to mark our entering into midlife crisis territory. But the opportunity that we have just been offered is just too unreal to turn down.

"God only knows how it will all pan out, but if it all comes together, we will be opening for a great band at a large venue in London sometime in November.

"I can't say much more at the moment as it's not confirmed, but we are all very excited to get this chance to have one last fish dance.

"It may also be a disaster of 'Spinal Tap' proportions.. Whichever way it goes, it should be a blast!"

More information will be made available soon.

Wonder who has asked them to support them??

I'm not sure.

Either way Blabbertits is still brilliant. You could use it for the complete gossip with saggy tits at work! She'd be hurt.

I am sure that Hetfield is planning on doing a cover of "I got the clap and me knob fell off" for the new Metallica CD.

All the birds that I work with are gossips and indeed they all probably do have saggy tits. All the decent talent in here work in other departments. I only get to ogle them when they walk past to go to the loo :wall:

Well, if a bird is spreading maliciously rumours in front of you, you can say, 'Shut it, Blabbertits!' and she'll run off to re-apply her mascara whilst her friends shout at you. It's the right thing to do.

Agreed. I already annoy the shit out of them by treating them with utter contempt they deserve.
