I wouldn't bother Craig, the PMs seem to go through okay despite the error code.

Right, after yet another 40-minute conversation with some random person in Germany, they're doing a server-test as I type this which should take around an hour. If people are still having problems after 11 tonight, let me know and I'll give them yet another kick up the arse.

At least I've got them to admit that it's a server issue, not a script problem, as the supervisor actually went and looked over the code themselves and they could see nothing wrong with it. Fingers crossed, this should sort it :)
