After extensive research I have found that Pointies make me want to rock, whereas Roundies (and I do own a couple) facilitate batter playing - for me anyway. By owning both kinds, that makes me the master of everything, as opposed to a homosexual.

I think it is possible to be a serious player, and still use crazy looking guitars. The main difference between da mekalz kidz and serious guitars in the pointy stakes is the through/glued in neck Vs bolt on option. Obviously there are exceptions.
