Today I got the Camel albums Music Inspired By The Snow Goose and Moonmadness, and they are both thoroughly unbelievable. Bloomin heck, does anyone else here know how amazing this band are?

Re: Camel
Mirage is my next one, but for now I must take to the time to enjoy Snow Goose and Moonmadness. The latter is one of the best albums I've ever purchased in my godforsaken life (well they both are really). Spirit Of The Water and Song Within A Song are ridiculously amazing. Bloody hell, this is fucking brilliant! And you're right bangover george, Friendship is lovely, like a mystical trip to Venice or France. I'll buy Mirage and the self titled nice soon!

Re: Camel
It might be one of those cases where they have a small number of amazing early albums and then lots of average albums in their later career, that's the feeling I get from the progarchives page anyway. A bit like Jethro Tull or Genesis, or many other prog bands I imagine.
