I doubt I'll be going to see them this time round. Saw them earlier this year, and it was good, but strangely underwhelming. Maybe it was all those new songs they played. Horrible...

Ah it's compulsory to go and see Megadeth at this point. Their last show in Dublin was packed and they played Take No Prisoners, which was amazing. Although I agree that you have to make your own craic at their shows, they're clearly a bunch of old men wondering what's for dinner mid-set. Sure they'll never make a good album again, so we may as well catch them live while we can!

Agreed lol. They played take no prisoners when i saw them at download this year and it was fucking awesome. But they still havn;t played She-Wolf when iv'e seen them. which is annoying.

hmm i have to decide whether it's worth a trip to london to catch them.... i have seen them 3 times already though, and I doubt they'll play anything different or any differently... plus the other guitarist looks like a twat, and i don't even care about the bassisst or drummer, everyonhe blates only goes for MegaDave

Il prob go to this. Quite enjoyed the last time I saw megadeth when diamond head were supporting. Worth it to hopefully see tornado of souls again
