Everyone in the world ever likes Maiden, its pure and simple fact.
The only people who don't like them are the ones who haven't given them a chance - I wasn't much of a fan until I listened to the whole of Number Of The Beast and my testicles exploded due to the sheer awesomeness of it.

I am not even that big a fan of them, in fact the two first Maiden albums are my favourite to be fair. But for people to say they flat out dislike them is bollocks and they are one of those peop'e that say it just to stand out.

Their first album is excellent, I never really got into the second one. Powerslave and Seventh Son are my faves though.

I don't dislike slayer, i just find them the weakest out of the big four. I would have to say it is impossible to dislike Slayer as some of their songs are crackers but overall they just produce too many weak songs.

Alright, chill out you lot! I said I don't confess to be much of a NWOBHM fan. As for these people saying 'you only don't like maiden to stand out' It's not, really. All these people saying slayer aren't good are standing out more than me, considering this is the UK THRASH forum.
