Every country needs the death penalty.

For convicted rapists, murderers (within reason*) child abusers, and people beyond help.

Furthermore, I think animal testing should stop - and human testing should be used on the above people.

Why is everyone so coarse, just you know forced labour (not too harshly, just use them as a resource for building and manufacturing etc) and randomly jape them for the rest of their lives. Aka making them eat 30 scones or something.
