I worked in a warehouse lifting heavy as fuck boxes for 4 years, doing 9 to 10 hour shifts from 4pm till 1 or 2am. I quit 2 months back for a few reasons. I never saw my family, It ruined relationships with the birds, I didn't wanna turn into one of those losers that work the same job for 25 years having done nothing with their lives, but mainly because they wouldn't let me have time off for a gig I had with my band. Cunts. Out of all the shitholes I've worked, I've never worked for bigger scum fuck managers than those that work at Tuffnells Parcels Express.

Do me a favour, if you ever see a green Tuffnells truck, fucking brick its windows!

Good question! Alcohol probably 24 hours, heroin is metabolised very quickly by the body which is why it is the drug of choice in prison when there is a test pending, other drugs may take longer, weed apparently can take months to finally be undetectable. Speed and coke I would imagine are dealt with quickly, but I'm no toxicologist so I'm guessing.

Cannabis can be detected for up to 30 days in urine, 90 days in hair, and 2 weeks in blood. That's assuming frequent use. However there's research to suggest that THC's affect on your bloodstream can last considerably longer.

Giving blood is an excellent use of your time, and I'm pretty sure alcohol doesn't affect it. They're gonna ask you a fucking mile of questions about how much of a faggot you are ("have you ever paid for sex with a man? have you ever sucked a man's penis? have you had sex with men in Africa? have you ever eaten a condom?"), but nothing about alcohol.

well...

back on topic? shall i. i almost feel rude, like i've interupted.

i work at a studio in North London, my main job is recording/ producing bands. its great, i really love it. the only problem is getting bands in to record, at the moment there has been a really long quiet spell so i have been left very VERY skint. but the money is good when the work comes in so its swings and roundabouts. when i'm not doing my own sessions i do alot of assitant engineering work with the other guys who work there, i've got to work with some really cool people.

i've recently started doing the odd session (when i'm needed) at another studio, its not at all as nice but its still good to be doing a job you like.

i also cover shifts every now and then at an O'Neils in the centre of town (Wardor street), thats where i was tonight. its horrible and full of complete cunts, but the money is far to good to pass up on... especially when you've had £30 to your name for the last... god knows how long!

although, most of my friends consider me a bum as to them i spend alot of time at home doing "lable stuff", when they are out doing "real work".
