My regular breakfast before going to work everyday is half a packet of custard creams.
Good healthy start to the day!

ask thrashmetalluci her breakfast consists of bourbon biscuits.

Nothin wrong with biscuits for breakfast...for me it is half a packet of bourbons dipped in coffee.

Nothing like a healthy breakfast to set me up for the day ahead

My faves are Crunchy Nut, Cookie Crisp, Coco Shreddies, Ready Brek, or any others but with loads of added sugar YUM!!!!

When i have cereal, i never put sugar on it :shame: Just plain porridge oats with cold milk tastes nice, far better than hot porridge which tastes like cardboard :puke:

This is what i used to eat everyday when i used to go to the gym, as it is excellent slow release energy throughout the day!!!

I never eat junk food as a rule (just occasionally when i treat the kids to a big bucket of KFC), but i use my slow cooker so much. This should be of interest to all you students, as you can make a big fuck off stew or casserole for virtually nowt!!!! And it is PROPER food. Things like Chicken legs, chicken wings, pork hocks, pork heart, shin beef, neck of lamb or sausages make lovely cheap casseroles. Carrots, spuds, fresh greens, swede, turnips, cabbage peas, beans are all cheap, and in morrisons, they do a range of packet casserole seasonings for 39p!!!!! Slow cookers are cheap to run, and basically, you boil the kettle, seal the meat in a frying pan, chop the veg, then bung it all in, leave it for 24 hours and pig out to your hearts content!!!!!

I quite often make stewy things by frying lamb covered in flour, salt and pepper for a while then shoving what ever veg I've got in a big pan with some stock and just leave it to simmer for a couple of hours. Fucking easy, cheap and lasts for days in the fridge meaning no cooking for days.

I agree, slow cookers are great - we have one at home and it makes great caseroles. I don't have one at uni though! :(

 Lidl is the worst for that - Rice Krispies are known as 'GOODY RICE'

Heres a cheapee for you. Go to Morrisons and but the cooked meat offcuts from the deli counter, only 50p LB and always contains loads of nice ham offcuts as it is the best seller :D . I just had 80p worth. I fried an onion, garlic and mushrooms, added the meat then added 6 beaten eggs mixed with some milk, wholgrain mustard, black pepper and parmesan cheese, and stired it until cooked, had 4 slices of fried bread with it, it was bostin!!!!

I have to say though, i think mushrooms are way overpriced for what is basically something that grows in shit
