I should also say that the idea for this was Dian Wei's, and the announcement text was written by Craig, so I had little to do with it! All I really suggested was a link to the Madeleine Fund and the part about personal details being logged by the authorities!

I have to hand it to Craig, I think he wrote it really coldly and as if our hands were being forced! =D>

The investigation into some missing girl is what made it obvious to me that it was a hoax. The part about members being in a fight was more believable but I also just read another april fools joke like 5 minutes before so it didn't worry me.

The bit about the fight would've definitely made me realise it was a joke, as that's completely impossible. Unfortunately Jamie got to me first before I could read the site, he can be very convincing, the little rascal. I do hate him so.
