Ian (terrorizer) and myself will be turning 41 and 40 respectively at the tail end of this year so we have decided to organize a big party gig piss up type of thing.
It will feature 6 bands, all of whom have been sterling people and are playing for free. The gig will take place at The Vic Inn, Derby on sat 5th december, and will feature the following bands:

Members on here that want to come, it will be free admission, and anyone else who wants to come, admission will be £3 for all 6 bands!!! This is only so that hopefully we can pay the soundmans fees and get a bit of petrol money for the bands.

I would like to pay some respects to my marvellous elder gods for one, i shall attempt to put in for the time off for work and start planning travel.

I would however likely require some form of crash space if that's at all possible? (if not, i'll look into some cheapo accommodation for myself)

The vic Inn is literally 1 mins walk from the train station, and one of the reasons we chose that venue was because of that.

Also, HOD wanted to play, but couldnt make that date and there were no alternative saturdays close to this date, so a big thanks to them as i know they would have come down if they could!!

If there is enough of you from london, why not get a minibus or summat????

If this Wakefield one doesn't end up happening I'll drive over for a cider.

Id def come up just for the hell of it, but again unless had an easy form of transport and/or place to crash it would be too far away!

Just checked the train times and the last train to london on the saturday night is a ridiculous 9.28!!!!!
However, there is a coach which leaves derby at 3.35 on the sunday morning, and arrives back in london at 07.20, cost is only £18.20 (one way) or a return leaving london at 11 am and returning as above is only £23!!! This is without any studet discounts etc. Hope that helps!!!

Had a message today on myspace at half 3 from reth saying they cant play this gig now becuse they have no car and will be busy finishing off their recording of the CD, then when i went on their profile they are playing in bradford the same night.

Fair do's if they have decided to play a gig where they will get more money, but dont fucking lie about it!!!!

So, maybe if HOD are free after all?????????????
