Return Of The Living Dead, worse Zombies in that series. They can't die and they are smart if that happens kill yourself it is easier.
Gee.... I don't know about the rest of you guys, but lately the only things that truly motivate me are erections and bowel movements.

Yeah i have to say that i am actually a bigger Romero fan, just i rated them by chance of survival. We are all fucking dead if it is ROTLD time.

I voted Day of the Dead. Dawn was close because it's depressing as fuck (in a drunken bastard good way), and Megadeth came close too. If you want to watch a cool music DVD for when you're completely wasted, get Through Eyes of the Dead by Necrophagia. Sick fucking videos.

Return of the living dead was a fucking great film!!!! Just soooo funny!!! I saw it at the cinema when it first came out! I loved the cadaver that came back to life in the warehouse, the body that escaped from the tank, and the mass zombie assault near the end where they were all walking round like gormless EMO twats chanting "BRAAAIIINNNSSSSS"

1. Dawn of the Dead (original)
2. Day of the Dead
3. Return of the Living Dead
I thought I'd hate the remake of Dawn but was very pleasantly surprised.
However, any hope for the new remake of Day of the Dead went out of the window after watching the trailer. If movie trailers are meant to contain the film's best parts then this one's fucked from the start.

Come on guys Day of the dead > dawn of the dead! Dawn still slaughters 99.99% of zombie films though

I love Day... but it's always in the back of my mind that it wasn't what Romero had in mind originally. He wanted a real apocalyptic end to his (then) trilogy but the studio panicked and halved his budget. He then had to change everything including the story to fit the money and really that's what bugs me about it. What could have been.
Sure, what's up on the screen is quality splatter but the acting is more than a bit ropey in parts (more so than Dawn) and there's really not much of a story to it.
That's why Dawn... gets my vote.
