actually, they take their name from a weapon in one of the GW games.
The first 3 LPs are the best, along with the peel sessions they did, but they have been reasonably consistent throughout their career. I was lucky enough to see them live a few times back in the late 80s, early 90s and they were just so fucking heavy live. I saw them playing in brum with nocturnus and obituary, what a gig!!!!!
I have them on my ipod and listen to them almost every day. I like the simple but rhythmic riffs they write. They are truly a wonderful band.
