Megadeth of Megadeath

I think that the name Megadeth is pretty silly (but kind of cool because of the meaning) and the stupid spelling makes it even worse. Do you lot like it or do you think it would have been made marginally cooler if they had spelled it MegaDEATH?

I think Megadeath is better personally.

I got used to MegaDETH so much that every time I see the title of Hallows Eve song “Plunging To MegaDEATH” it looks strange to me.

I think it is quite a silly sounding name, so even if the spelling was changed it would still sound a bit lame. I suppose the argument in favour of the spelling would be that it is more instantly recognizable and different, a bit like LED Zeppelin. I don't really care either way though.
