Carr is quite funny, other than that i don't find too many stand ups that funny.

Bailey is funner in programs than by himself (see black books and buzzcocks).

Thinking about it Mitch Hedberg is about the funniest comedian i have discovered for a while and he is dead.

yeah i got the entire black books box set.thats good stuff.Dylan Moran is equally as funny and his stand up is rather dark/twisted and funny too.

Jo Brand is a genuinly funny female comedian.she certainly holds her own in considering its mainly only males who do comedy best as women arent that funny.

Jimmy Carr=sensible,big faced,sideparted schoolboy.(ive learned to not judge him on "face value" as he does look sooo annoying but he is pretty funny and his stand up really pushes the political correctness boundries.)

also i cant stand Billy connoly.always shouting and agressively forcing the laughs in an angry fashion.

even Gregor Fischers silent comedy "the baldy man" was pure gold in the afternoons quite a few years back.

Billy Connolly was ridiculously funny back in the early-mid 80's. His problem is that he has continued to re-tell and re-hash the same jokes for the next 20 years. Still like watching his World Tour programmes though. He is a very knowledgeable guy. Plus he got to bone Pamela Stephenson when she was still hot.

its funny how people still get them mixed up.
alan sounds a rather sensible so people end up thinking of jimmy carr.
jimmy sounds a gayer name so people think of alan carr.
