i have already submitted my application and paid the fee for 2 weeks stay out there(any longer would be too knackering)
so far im running/jogging for 20mins every day and trying to gradually improve my fitness levels enough to be able to survive the full on training schedule at the academy.
theres also classes in calligraphy,learing chinese mandarin language,acupuncture,meditation and all kinds of far eastern theory lessons.
and at weekend we get to go sight seeing around the area.see the pics section,theres some great scenery to explore.

its something ive always wanted to do,and is quite a contrast to the crazy gigs ive been to over the last few years
but for every yin theres a yang...or something.

Cool. Watch out for this bit though ... you might end up stopping longer than you expected.
