Terrorizer UK Thrash Cannon Fodder Special Pt 2

Postby terrorizer on Mon Jan 28, 2008 3:23 pm

Good news! I've had a word with my Editor regarding another UK Thrash Cannon Fodder Special and have been given the green light. There will be eight 80 word reviews and so far I've have filled five slots; Doctor Death, Heretic, H.O.D., Let 'Em Burn and Scythian.

Who else wants it?

Always good to get any extra exposure if you fancy sticking Sekhmet in there !

Damnas! their ep will be ready in the next couple of weeks, i've heard a lot of it (i bloody helped record it) and its sounding fucking good. its a really interesting London sound that they have got (with alot of help going to donny's vocal style... wait till you hear it!), imagine Violence mixed with donny the London rude boy street rat, and jon's steve harris inspired bass, and your are pretty much there. really aggresive and really melodic. yeah, Ian you should really leave space for Damnas, or at least leave a space that could potentally be filled by them depending on what you think of the EP.

Other UKThrash bands who haven't been mentioned yet, but who deserve the publicity, include Chewin Druids and Adrenicide... and STD. Crossover in the UK isn't just SSS (however fucking awsome they are!!). I like the sound of Lifeless, nice one foxy!

safeyeah.

I'd say throw us in there but we only have one CD for the moment :(

Unless you can just throw us in anyway!

Yeah I thought of Damnas too, so they are a defo. I've already reviewed Adrenicide in this months issue. Will check out Chewin Druids and Lifeless. How long til the new STD is ready?

Correct, can I point out that if your release has already been featured in Tz then I can't write about it again. Thanks.
