Northwest heats of Bloodstock Openair 2009 Metal 2 The Masses competition have/and are being held at Manchesters Grand Central (next door to Oxford Road train station).
Tonight is the first of the 2 SEMI-FINALS to win a spot at the festival.
We (Element) are through to the semi finals and are playing the semi final heat tonight.
There are some great bands taking part and loads of band diversity ranging from thrash, hardcore, groove, and power metal bands competing tonight.
It would be great if any of you guys local to the Manchester area could come down and support the scene. Its due to be rammed tonight (like the other heats).
