Nope, they just took 45 minutes to get their arses on stage!

According to the Onslaught board the songs from Power From Hell were Power From Hell and Angels of Death.

Ah the bastards hopefully it was just a one off.

Onslaught set looks alright would have liked to hear Devil Legion, Fight With The Beast and Thrash Till The Death but you cant win them all eh.

When I first saw Exodus they took the piss getting on stage too and had to 2 songs off the set because of the curfew :?

Fight With The Beast would have been amazing like.

Glasgow last night went as follows:

7:00 - doors
7:30 - Onslaught on
8:00 - Onslaught off
8:45 - Venom on
9:30 - Iain leaves because he is bored and a pint of Kronenbourg costs £2.70

:D

Fook, were Venom that bad? I've been a fan of the early albums for years and years and was quite excited to see them live...what was the set like? A lot of "new" crappy stuff.

On the contrary, Venom were really enjoyable but I've never bothered to get into them plus I'd been up since 7:00am and then walked around Edinburgh all day.

I probably would have stayed if I was boozed up, haha!

At the onslaught reunion gig in bristol, onslaught played many a song! if i remember they played, let there be death, metal foces, power from hell, angels of death, thermonuclear devastation, shellshock, lightning war, death metal, blood upon the ice PLUS 4 new tracks from their upcoming 'killing peace album' which they say is very nearly there!.

The beer was fookin' 3.20 at the Venom gig...what an expensive night!

Anyhow, both bands ruled, incredible gig. Venom kicked off with Black Metal and Welcome to Hell which was wicked. They finished the set with Witching Hour!
Few songs I really wanted to hear were Poisoned and Heaven is on Fire, but oh well.

Onslaught were awesome, unforunately they "grooved" their song at time, which really kinda fucked up the last song 'Power From Hell'. Also, the new stuff sounded god awful, whilst new Venom kinda worked live.

Cronos still fucking has the spirit!

hhmm, sounds good, despite the beer price. Shame about no Poison though, one of my favourite Venom songs.

Oh well, at least I got a d666 ticket

I must admit, Sabbat are growing on me! They were probably the first English Thrash band I heard but got a bit blown away by Xentrix because I got into both roughly at the same time.
