10/3 means that for every 3 pounds you bet,you win ten,or break the bet down slightly,divide it by 3,so 10/3 is really 3/1 (ish) so for every pound you bet,you win three.

what an ending! The ref should have added way more than one minute on top of the four though! It'd have been great to have seen a pen shoot out with a make shift keeper.
