Don't know what the Amenti song was called..

I noticed that too  Can't remember the name of the Amenti song either.

UK Thrasher Amnesia Unknown Entity
have couple parts in this album sounds like Megadeth and Metallica

"Epitaph"

this song start with a riff that strongly remind me the main riff of in my darkest hour
and
at 4:20 that riff sounds like a rip off from 6:20 of Master Of Puppets

"No More Tomorrow"
The First Riff sounds like the first riff from Blackened but play faster

"Perish"
start from 1:40, that bassline + solo is like copy from Orion

I personally think Amnesia listen TOO much Megadeth and Metallica
but Unknown Entity is one of the best thrash album from UK!
Amnesia rule!!!

Arch Enemy's Shadows and Dust sounds exactly like A Secret Place by Megadeth

Accept - Flash Rockin' Man
Iron Maiden - Two Minutes to Midnight

There's a short guitar melody played a couple of times in The Clerical Conspiracy by Sabbat that I've always called the Star Wars bit.

just listening to Poison's 'Sphinx', theres a riff that sounds very similar to a riff in Death's 'Suicide Machine'

That Dragonforce song 'Heart of the Dragon' and that kid's song "three little speckled frogs, sat on a speckled log, eating some most delicious bugs [yum, yum!]"

...Personally I think the frog song was more metal ;)

Also there's a song on the new Gamma Ray album that's got a riff in the middle that is almost exactly the same as the middle section of Maiden's rime of the ancient mariner :)

Enter Sandman and the theme that used to play in the background on Robot Wars
I'm going to
Tear your fuckin' eyes out,
Rip your fuckin' flesh off,
Beat you 'till you're just a fucking lifeless carcass,
Fuck you and your progress,
Watch me fucking regress,
You were made to take the fall,
Now you're nothing!!
