I have a bad shoulder as it is and yesterday I spent a lot of time lugging heavy equipment around, which can't have helped. Any way, half way through the set I was flailing about like an idiot and I think I pulled/tore a muscle in my shoulder. I probably just pulled it and I'm being a complete baby, but it hurts a lot. I tried not to let on that I was in agony as well, which probably made it worse.
