It's nothing to do with it being on here; I want McCain to win when I'm not posting on UK Thrash too. I just thought that the Democrats' choice of nominees for Presidential Candidacy, i.e. a black guy and a woman, were a bit... imprudent. Frankly, I don't care that much who wins. I said McCain at the beginning and am sticking with it because he has American History and red-necks on his side.

That's a pretty big if. Besides, Presidents don't have to be old to die. I'm not sure it'd be that great an idea to value a Presidential Candidate based on the possibility of him dying and his Vice President taking the reigns. And I've not seen enough of the Democrats' TV adverts and so forth to say conclusively that they don't use smear tactics. They're used in all elections to some extent anyway.

See, this is why I want the Republicans to win. If you're losing in the polls, try to make out that your opponent is a terrorist. Brilliant. To be fair to the Republicans, Obama is only one letter away from Osama and he does kind of look like him.

So that's where he is!

I do have to say that Obama and Palin come off as if they don't have the foggiest when it comes to Foreign Policy. I listened to the first televised debate and I thought McCain mopped the floor with Obama. Sadly, it turns out that he'd used bits and pieces of his speech before:

'I looked into his (Vladimir Putin's) eyes and saw the letters K... G... B...'
