Was never that impressed with Toranaga. Only ever bought God's Gift and saw them on that tour at the Edinburgh Venue. Always thought they were a bit too slow to be considered an out and out thrash band

Yeah, they were never really a thrash band. But if you take away the expectation of speed they wrote some mighty fine songs. I'd also be interested to see what's up with them if nayone knows. Havne't seen them play for a looooong time.

Well that's a bugger and a great shame. I love both their albums and have managed to get an old news letter, a promo photo, T-shirt and some video footage (about 2-3 hours worth). This video includes the Fleetwood mac/judas priest ,green manalishi (spelt incorrectly?)song. Oh and a toranaga patch too! Bloody great band in my opinion. Toranaga R.I.P

me and a mate bumped into the drummer on gods gift about 4 years ago in a pub in wellingborough. i don't think he was playing anymore, but the other posts here suggest otherwise
