Dedicated to the true heart of British Heavy Metal, on the 24th 25th, and 26th of August 2012 we will stage an event encompassing the best established and breaking metal acts. Set in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside at The Black Horse, with Camping and all facilities, we are not aiming to be the biggest festival, but we do aim to provide an amazing lineup and a great weekend.

Described as coming across like a bar fight between Machine Head, Slayer and Pantera, when Def Con One take the stage the gloves are off as they provide an unrelenting high energy performance drawing from influences that cover a wide variation of music from old school rock to modern metal and proper punk music.

A string of scorching live shows, including an appearance at prestigious Bloodstock Open Air Festival in 2011 and the iminent release of the "Warface" album left us in no doubt Def Con One would be perfect to close Britain's newest metal festival, Beermageddon!

A bubbling cauldron of style and influence combined with a stage show of pure energy and aggression put Wretched Soul in the top echelon of metal.

Already their live performances have secured them a place at Bloodstock this year via the Metal 2 The Masses competition and after playing an amazing set at the UK's inaugural Powermad Fest, Wretched Soul are fast becoming "THE" band to be in front of. Coupled with this they are fresh out of the studios with world renowned metal producer Chris Tsangarides with their debut album release due early 2013!

Karhu join the lineup at Beermageddon


Uniting metal through Europe Beermageddon brings you Karhu! With members from both the UK and Finland Karhu have just been tearing up the country with a massive tour and will once again join together for Beermageddon!

Giving us a scorching set of brutality with added groove these douchebags will kick your ass, so take off your belt, strap it to your arm and prepare, to Inject the Infection!!!!

Fresh from an appearance at this years Download Festival, Beermageddon is proud to announce the addition of Manchester metallers Allerjen to the lineup providing us with a hard and heavy, unrelenting assault of the aural senses!
