James by far!
Bella - A little too annoying after a while.
Araya - Too full on and monotone.
Megadave - I wont even bother.
James has that perfect singing/shouting thing going on, like distorted but still melodic, he inspires me so much even still after having rinsed all the McTallica albums.
Too be honest though I only like his voice on the first four. After then...
"Yeeeaah allriiight-ah!"

Flame me if you want guys but Hetfield prior to the Black album etc had THE best voice in metal as far as i was concerned. Used to worship the guy but since he started doing the oooohhhh baby/wommmmaannn shite (see the year and a half in the life of Metallica part 1 video to see who was reponsible for that. Bob Rock you fucking wank bag) i just feel sorry for the guy

I'll have to go for Hetfield. Was tempted to go with Mustard Stain because his voice is unique and works quite well but at the end of the day Hetfield's voice is a lot more flexible with songs.
