Funny story. At Christmas, my entire family were watching TV in the evening. For some strange reason, my sister had set a Sky digi reminder for "Sex Change Surgery" and forgot about it. So yeh, Eastenders and then KABLAM - "Sex Change Surgery is about to begin". Hilarity ensued, followed by questioning whether my sister was happy as a female.
