Righty ho. I know a fair few people on this forum know about the wonder of Witchcraft, but I fear that not enough people realise their glory. Go here immediately: http://www.myspace.com/witchcraftswe
If you can get hold of their new album The Alchemist, do so immediately. Any of their 3 albums are amazing though anyway, but the new one, and the title track in particularly is phenomenally brilliantly amazingly unbelievable. Imagine Black Sabbath, but slightly happier and Swedish, and a bit more fun, and also a bit different with some very slight prog influences (mainly on the new album), and perhaps there you go. And they just have a most unbelievable soulful feel about them, such genuine passion and enjoyment. Their gig at the Borderline in December was one of the best I've been to, and they're playing at the Underworld in April, and everyone has to go. Bloody hell, they're amazing!

Got a flyer for that last night - really enjoyed them last time, so I may well head along. Gentleman's Pistols are supporting them again as well!

Not seen them live yet but I want to . I bought Firewood a couple of years ago and it didn't come off the stereo for ages. I don't think the new one's as good as that but it's as good as their self titled one.
