I just want to try to get this in writing so I thought I'd put it up her so people could read it.

Had a few people round the flat and smoked a few spliffs and jamie turns up with the salvia we didn't use at glasto. We made a makeshift bong out of a pipe and a bottle, set the 'mood; lighting and chose a record. Scene set, Glenn takes a couple of hits of 17x. Trips a bit, but nothing out of the ordinary. So I filled the bong and took a couple of hits. Instantly, I was back to the other world of salvia. It was warm and familiar. A cave like feeling, but with absolutely no sense of time or existence. I wasn't in the room, I wasn't in my body, I wasn't on this planet. It has a feeling I can only describe as a cross between a white cave and the feeling of the dragon/dog thing from never ending story that may or may not exist. I don't think I've even seen that movie, or if that character exists. But it's the only way to describe it. But very cavey.

I wasn't there for long before I could make out the faces or people around forcing this reality upon me. I really didn't want this reality though, and it was taking me a long time to accept it was real. I still wasn't in my body, my body still didn't exist, but I could see the faces and figures of people around the room. I was slowly realising that they were people I knew and so again bringing me closer to reality in that I had a place there. As I looked around the room, I picked out each person and they became clear and I could see their whole self and where they were sitting until I was just looking at a normal room. My vision wasn't impaired at all, I could make out everything perfectly. Then I realised that I was in the room. I could feel myself and particularly the chair I was sitting on. I felt it with my hands and asked people in the room for confirmation that it was indeed a chair. Around this point I remembered that I had taken Salvia. This slow realisation goes on for a while and I had to go to the bathroom to look at myself in the mirror to be able to picture myself. It was a very strange feeling, like I was an outsider to the whole situation and that I wasn't really me. somehow managed to answer a phone call from work and basically talk properly. Dan coming home was a bit much to take in so I had to stand in front of the mirror again for a while. I remember feeling that I would never be able to accept this reality and that this feeling would last forever. Pretty distressing. I was drawing attention and this made it worse as I had to take in the fact that people were reacting to me. I was looking at my body trying to make sense of it all, but it just didn't seem like me because I was wearing a white nebukadnezar and I would never wear that. So I went to my room and put on a Saxon t-shirt. Then Jon turned up. I went to my room and didn't return to the living room until the morning.

In all it lasted for over and hour I think. Pretty crazy time. I dont want to do it around people any more.

I might write down some of my trips sometime, salvia is definitely the king of giving you the weirdest trips. I remember one when I exhaled and looked down at my legs and just thought they were a roman type bath, then characters from the tv show OZ where all shouting something I can't remember at me.

I've only ever done acid. Is Salvia better? Sounds pretty interesting!

It can be the most intense, and its legal.

well in devon i did a bucket bong filled almost to the brim (was it 20x bill?), after already having drank quite a bit and smoked some and spliffs beforehand aswell

my trip was sooooooo spun out.... when I exhaled and blinked that was it... totally gone, I felt like i turned upside down and i realised I was made of yellow plastic and part of a machine... slotting in with other pieces of plastic the same shape and turning upside down (bear in mind i was leaning? or lying in a bush for the whole time) I had such a hard time trying to figure out what was happening and i was made of plastic, i had no reality anymore.. (it was like waking up and realising my whole life had never actually happened...) Audio-wise, it was like WHOOOOOOOOOSHHHHHHHHH for the whole time (especially when i was turning 'upside down' and being 'lifted' around), spoke to a woman (there were no women anywhere) she pretty much told me that i was plastic and there was nothing i could do... it was all too spun out and crazy to get freaked out though... then I saw ben and bills faces and they were part of the plastic machine too but i recognised em and then i could move and that was well confusing and i touched my face and it felt wrong and said WHAT? cos i couldnt hear anything or understand words yet.... then i sort of woke up and realised i was in a little field in Devon.... took me about half an hour to get back to reality (eating a barbequed sausage was really really strange cos my mind was still blown about being in the 4th dimension!)... then we played football which was lovely fun in the rain!

looking back on it my skin felt almost like i was being pinched all over (not that i could feel my skin, or ANYTHING at the time, but thats the feeling).... what a mental experience, I'd probably do it again but maybe not so much (eh ben? )

I still can't believe how actually insane it was... i've done lots of drugs but never tripped like that before... not even on acid! hahaha looking back on it it was fun experience, but at the time i was too fukced to understand anything!!!

Can't be bothered to read this at the moment cause I'm supposed to be at metalbrew, but I have a load on my room which I want to use very soon, so when I do I'll post my story aswell!

when i tried salvia 5x this is what happened though it didnt happen for very long.

well first i felt really weird and started to notice all the sheep around me (i was in a field) and then i felt like i was in space in a really pretty looking cosmos type place. Then i started to levitate and some sort of sword or blade chopped my body into four peices and i was seperatly consicious in all of these four peices that my body had been cut into. Then there was this cosmic stream of some sort and all four peices of my body that wernt really peices any more but actual bodies i which i was conscious in all of them got pulled in by this cosmic stream. it felt like i was on the fastest rollor coaster ever with all these pretty lights. Slowly as i was riding the cosmic stream i started slowly coming back into reality.

i really dont feel like doing it again.

Anyone see that programme with George Lamb about legal highs the other week? He smoked this stuff, I think it was 5x, and reported some weird stuff happening. Can't say the idea is grabbing me though and I am shocked that this is perfectly okay to buy, whereas other less potent stuff isn't. The drug laws aren't working are they?

I saw that programme, was a bit of a shit explanation of salvia really. It's nothing like a party/recreation drug, much more of spiritual 'tool' to explore the dark recesses of your mind blah blahahakgs;sadhjghsldag

the thing with salvia is it is a short term effects drug, as opposed to, say acid, when some people can even get stuck on a trip... i guess no matter how much you do it doesnt actually screw you up at all, but if you take lots of acid you can royally fuck over your own brain!
