Loads of completely different songs for each gig, with cockabouts for encores and you could see they were having a giggle at the balls ups which made it cool. Tonight we got Blitzkrieg and The bloody Prince!

Bit gutted I never got to see ginger Dan, probably for the best though in case I got got soaked in his giddywank.

I bumped into the Evile lads. Youll have seen my flag Kev! The one James held and then put on the amps and walked off stage with!

It was an amazing setlist really. For Whom The Bell Tolls!!! Chuffed as fuck. The Sword were good but had a bad sound. Machine Head... couldnt hear them, it was a mess.

Missed the last train and got an expensive taxi home haha. Also got one of Kirks guitar picks and Sean has one of those big Metallica balls.

Im gonna have to see Metallica again and again, that was amazing.

I got one of adam D's, it was too fat to play with (the pick, not him) so I gave it away.

Now that must have been enjoyable! Do they ever play the Mercyful Fate medley live any more?

Now and again.

The Prince was great. 27th time they've played it, rare one!

awesome show.

dissapointed to see James using auto-cues though. but i guess you can only remember lyrics for 150+ songs for so many decades.

There was one at one end of the stage i thinnnk. Couldnt see what it was from where i was sat. But he only used it for the songs they only end up playing once in a blue moon.

wow, I am amazed that he can remember what to play on guitar but can't remember the lyrics... doesn't that seem odd? They must practice these songs before they they tour so they know they can all play them (especially since there is a new guy).

wow

Nah. They put the setlist together just before the show so they might not have played some songs for years when they play them.

So the new guy has to know all 150+ songs but James doesn't? I'm not saying it is easy to remember all those songs but it does seem a little lazy to me. I bet 10% of the audience know every song back to front and one or two of them could play every song on guitar!

Is it easier to remember music then lyrics?

well theyre changing set lists alot so i expect its that.

there was auto cues at each mic stand. I doubt james NEEDS them, but how they change tracks around i bet it helps.
