It's got live performances from Monsters of Rock and Metallica, Slayer, Maiden, Sabbath, Motorhead, KISS, Megadave, Napalm Death yes, interviews with Ozzy and Geezer Butler, Bruce Dickinson and Steve Harris, Tom Araya, ND being all emo and Axl Rose amongst others.

There's plenty of Spinal Tap moments, some funny bits with asking bands if amplifiers damage your hearing, Hendrix shagging a guitar, Fashion tips with Bruce Dickinson and on an exercise bike in his pants, girls saying they never danced during "thrash hour" (NOT MUCH CHANGES MATE) and Thomas McRocklin. haha.

Worth watching if you've got 45 minutes and I'm sure it'll bring back plenty of memories for all the old blokes on here.
